本文研究了经中性盐浴渗钒处理所得的渗钒层，在不同载荷下的耐磨性及磨痕形貌，并初步探讨了渗钒层的磨损机理。结果表明，渗钒层的耐磨性明显高于渗阴层，其磨损机理为疲劳剥落磨损。
In this paper, the infiltration vanadium layer treated with neutral salt bath infiltration vanadium was investigated. The wear resistance and wear scar morphology under different loadings were studied. The wear mechanism of vanadate layer was also discussed. The results show that the wear resistance of the vanadizing layer is obviously higher than that of the permeable layer, and its wear mechanism is fatigue flaking wear.
