目的 总结经尿道前列腺汽化术（ ＴＶＰ） 的临床疗效和经验。方法 应用美国Ｃｉｒｒｏｎ ＡＣＭＩ 公司经尿道汽化设备治疗了１５０ 例前列腺增生（ ＢＰＨ） 患者。结果 术后３ 个月随访时，国际症状评分（ＩＰＳＳ） 、生活质量评估、最大尿流率和膀胱残余尿量均得到明显改善或恢复正常。结论 ＴＶＰ 是治疗ＢＰＨ 的一个适应症广、打击小、安全有效的方法。开展ＴＶＰ，不仅需掌握汽化电极的使用技巧， 还需具有经尿道电切（ ＴＵＲＰ） 的基本功。
Objective To summarize the clinical efficacy and experience of transurethral vaporization of the prostate (TVP). Methods A total of 150 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) were treated with transurethral vaporization equipment from Cirron ACMI in the United States. Results After three months’ follow-up, the International Symptom Score (IPSS), Quality of Life Assessment, Maximum Urine Flow Rate and residual bladder volume were significantly improved or returned to normal. Conclusion TVP is a widely applicable, safe and effective method to treat BPH. To carry out TVP, not only need to master the vaporization electrode skills, but also have the basic skills of transurethral resection (TURP).
