制备了不同铝含量的镁铝合金并对其进行410℃×24 h固溶处理通过显微组织观察、软件统计分析、力学性能测试SEM和EDS分析,研究了固溶处理对镁铝合金杂质相及组织和性能的影响。结果表明,镁铝合金经过固溶处理后,晶粒发生了长大;随着铝含量的增加,杂质相数量明显减少,但杂质相所占的面积百分数增加,尺寸也有所增加;镁铝合金经固溶处理后,塑性先增加后减小,合金强度在含铝6%时下降明显,其他不同成分时的变化趋势不明显;铝含量为6%的合金固溶处理后,较大第二相未能完全固溶到镁基体中,会严重降低合金的强塑性。
Magnesium aluminum alloy with different aluminum content was prepared and subjected to solution heat treatment at 410 ℃ for 24 h. Microstructure observation, software statistical analysis, SEM and EDS analysis of mechanical properties were carried out to study the effect of solution treatment on the impurity phase of Mg-Al alloy And the impact of organization and performance. The results show that the grains grow after the solution treatment of Mg-Al alloy. With the increase of Al content, the amount of impurity phase obviously decreases, but the area percentage of impurity phase increases and the size also increases. After solution treatment, the plasticity first increases and then decreases, the strength of alloy decreases obviously when the content of aluminum is 6%, while the change tendency of other components is insignificant. After the solution treatment of aluminum with 6% Phase can not be completely dissolved into the magnesium matrix, will seriously reduce the alloy’s plasticity.
