为满足综放工作面高产、高效及安全生产要求,切眼断面尺寸逐渐增大;受切眼开挖方式的影响,围岩内部应力的差异分布对巷道围岩稳定性及支护措施产生重要影响。结合西沙河煤矿1901综放工作面现场条件,通过数值模拟的方法研究不同开挖方式下巷道围岩的应力分布规律及变形特征,研究结果表明,二次开挖采用“宽导窄扩”的方式施工对围岩破坏程度最小。现场工业性试验表明,通过选择合理的开挖方式和支护方案设计,切眼围岩的扰动破坏得到有效控制,围岩保持较好的稳定性。
In order to meet the requirements of high yield, high efficiency and safe production of fully mechanized top coal caving face, the cut-out section size gradually increases.
