为了提高抽油杆的产品质量,必须保证给定疲劳寿命的可靠性。为此,需要进行疲劳寿命试验,并分析其可靠性。石油大学(北京)与东北输油管理局铁岭机械厂合作,对20CrMo超高强度抽油杆进行了疲劳寿命试验及可靠性分析。现文介绍了疲劳试验的方法、试件及条件;给出了疲劳寿命的概率分布;得出了20CrMo抽油杆的P—S—N曲线;提出了保证20CrMo超高强度抽油杆疲劳可靠性的工艺措施。
In order to improve the sucker rod product quality, we must ensure the reliability of a given fatigue life. To do this, we need to test the fatigue life and analyze its reliability. University of Petroleum (Beijing) cooperated with Tieling Machinery Factory of Northeast Oil Transportation Administration to carry out fatigue life test and reliability analysis of 20CrMo ultra-high strength sucker rod. In this paper, the method, specimen and conditions of fatigue test are introduced. The probability distribution of fatigue life is given. The P-S-N curve of 20CrMo sucker rod is obtained. The fatigue test of 20CrMo sucker rod is put forward Sexual process measures.
