跨文化适用的父母管理训练——俄勒冈模型(Parent Management Training Oregon Model,PMTO模型),是基于社会交互学习理论的一种经实证研究支持的父母训练模型。它已经被证明能够有效地减少儿童的问题行为并且促进4~12岁儿童健康发展。本研究对其进行了综合分析,探讨了PMTO模型的理论背景、模型特征及实际应用,并结合本国国情,提出了对我国现阶段儿童问题行为的家庭干预研究的展望。
Cross-culturally adapted parental management training - the Parental Management Training Oregon Model (PMTO) is a model of parental support supported by empirical research based on social interaction learning theory. It has proven to be effective in reducing child problems and promoting the healthy development of children aged 4 to 12 years. Based on the comprehensive analysis of this paper, the theoretical background, model features and practical applications of the PMTO model are discussed. Based on the national conditions of China, the expectation of family intervention research on the current problem of children in China is put forward.
