为进一步规范建筑市场秩序,营造良好的市场竞争氛围,保障工程质量,促进建筑业持续健康发展。日前,住房和城乡建设部办公厅下发了关于开展严厉打击建筑施工转包违法分包行为工作的通知(以下简称《通知》)。对在建的建筑工程(含房屋建筑和市政基础设施工程)项目进行全面检查,查处存在的建筑施工违法发包、转包、违法分包、挂靠等违法行为。并将工作计划分为以下阶段。(1)自查自纠阶段(2014年9月至10月)。各地住房城乡建设主管部门负责组织本地区自查自纠工作,指导、督促本辖区内在建建筑工程项目的建设单位、施工单位进行自查
