目的:了解阴道分泌物滴虫和霉菌的检出及与季节的关系。方法:采用生理盐水、稀碱二步法对标本进行常规检查。结果:滴虫检出率5.84%、霉菌检出率13.34%;夏季霉菌检出率最高(15.91%),冬季滴虫检出率最低(4.24%);阴道清洁度正常时(Ⅰ、Ⅱ),滴虫和霉菌合计检出率3.29%。结论:霉菌检出率明显高于滴虫检出率(P<0.001);霉菌在夏季检出率明显增高(P<0.05),滴虫在冬季检出率明显减少(P<0.01);清洁度正常时,可存在隐性无症状感染者。
Objective: To understand the detection of vaginal discharge trichomoniasis and mold and the relationship with the season. Methods: The normal saline and dilute alkali two-step routine examination of specimens. Results: The detection rate of trichomoniasis was 5.84%, the detection rate of mold was 13.34%, the highest detection rate of mold was in summer (15.91%), the lowest was in winter (4.24%), while in vaginal cleanliness (Ⅰ, Ⅱ) , Trichomoniasis and mold together the detection rate of 3.29%. Conclusion: The detection rate of mold was significantly higher than that of trichomoniasis (P <0.001). The detection rate of mold in summer was significantly higher (P <0.05), and the detection rate of trichomonas was significantly decreased in winter (P <0.01) Degree of normal, there may be implicit asymptomatic infection.
