在三年来的持续跃进中,福建和全国各地一样,在各条战綫、各项工作中都创造和积累了极其丰富的经验。这些经验是来之不易的,是十分珍贵的。为了帮助各级干部总结经验,提高理论水平和领导水平,切实改进工作方法和工作作风,以便更好地领导各项事业持续跃进,近几个月来,我们在省委领导下,在各级党委的支持下,根据当前形势发展和实际工作的需要,组织各方面的力量,加强了调查研究和科学总结性的报道,收到初步的效果。从一九六○年八月到现在,我们陆续发表了近三十篇调查研究和科学总结性的报道。这些调查研究和科学总结的特点是:一、不停留于一般现象的罗列,而是以毛泽东思想分析研究实际,透过现象,揭示事物的本质;揭示事物的发展规律,因而具有一定的理论色彩;二、它不仅告诉读者应当做什么,怎么做,而且通过事物本身的逻辑和具体分析,告诉读者为什么要这样做?使读者知其然,又知其所以然,因而它具有较强的指导意义;三、它的结论,是在分析、研究了大量事实之后得来的,比较经得起客观实际的检验,因而也就比一般报
During the three-year continuous leap forward, Fujian, like all other parts of the country, has created and accumulated extremely rich experience in all fronts and in all its work. These experiences are hard won and precious. In order to help cadres at all levels to sum up their experiences, raise the theoretical level and leadership level, and earnestly improve their working methods and working style in order to better lead the continuous leap in various undertakings, in recent months we, under the leadership of the provincial party committee, With the support of the Party committees, according to the needs of the current situation and practical work, we have organized various forces and strengthened the coverage of research and scientific summarization and received initial results. From August 1960 to the present, we have published nearly 30 reports of research and scientific summary. The characteristics of these investigations and studies are summarized as follows. First, they do not stop at the list of common phenomena. Instead, they analyze the actual situation through Mao Tse-tung’s thought, reveal the essence of things through phenomena, and reveal the law of the development of things. Therefore, they have certain theoretical features ; Second, it not only tells the reader what to do, how to do, but also through the logic of the thing itself and specific analysis, to tell readers why to do so that the reader know it, and know why, so it has a strong guiding significance ; Third, its conclusion is derived from the analysis and study of a large number of facts and is more likely to withstand the test of objective reality and hence offend the general report
