应用免疫组化技术对60例胃癌组织中细胞周期素D1和P53突变蛋白进行检测。结果39例(650%)胃癌组织中细胞周期素D1表达阳性,38(633%)例P53突变蛋白表达阳性,细胞周期素D1和P53蛋白弥漫阳性多见于分化差的胃癌。有淋巴结转移的32例胃癌中26例(812%)细胞周期素D1阳性,25(781%)例P53蛋白阳性(P<005)。提示细胞周期素D1和P53蛋白共同异常表达属于胃癌发展和/或进展中的现象,在胃癌中评价细胞周期素D1的表达与P53蛋白表达同样重要。
Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the cyclin D1 and P53 mutant proteins in 60 gastric cancer tissues. RESULTS: The expression of cyclin D1 was positive in 39 cases (65.0%) of gastric cancer tissues, and the expression of P53 mutein was positive in 38 cases (63. 3%). The diffusely positive cyclin D1 and P53 proteins were more common in poorly differentiated gastric cancer. Thirty-six cases of gastric cancer with lymph node metastasis (81. 2%) were positive for cyclin D1, and 25 (78.1%) were positive for P53 protein (P<0. 05). It suggests that the common abnormal expression of cyclin D1 and P53 protein is a phenomenon in the development and/or progression of gastric cancer. The evaluation of the expression of cyclin D1 is as important as the expression of P53 protein in gastric cancer.
