Pujiang Innovation Forum 2016 with the theme of “Two-wheel drive: Innovation of science and technology and innovation of system and mechanism” was opened in Shanghai. Britain and Zhejiang Province respectively took the positions of guests and host guests of the forum. Vice-chairman of the CPPCC National Committee and Minister of Science and Technology Wan Gang made the opening speech.
