通过地面试验与高空仿真模拟相结合的方式对二冲程汽油机高空增压功率恢复性能进行了研究.建立了二冲程增压汽油机的仿真计算模型,分析了二冲程汽油机排气系统的特性.针对性的设计了排气管系,合理调整排气管的长度以及收缩膨胀比,促进了汽油机的扫气过程,弥补了加装增压器带来的排气背压增大缺点.研究了增压后的汽油机在不同海拔处的功率和油耗特性,其输出功率与燃油经济性比原机都有所改善,能够适应高空的工作条件.
The performance of two-stroke gasoline engine with supercharged power recovery was studied through the combination of ground test and altitude simulation.The simulation calculation model of two-stroke turbocharged gasoline engine was established, and the characteristics of two-stroke gasoline engine exhaust system were analyzed. The design of the exhaust pipe system, a reasonable adjustment of the length of the exhaust pipe and the expansion ratio, and promote the scavenge gas engine process to make up for the shortcomings of increased exhaust back pressure increase turbocharger. After the gasoline engine at different altitudes at the power and fuel consumption characteristics, the output power and fuel economy than the original machine has been improved to adapt to the working conditions at high altitude.
