回顾性分析2004-04/2006-02河南省血液病研究所收治的2例接受异基因造血干细胞移植后并发单纯红细胞再生障碍性贫血的患者,病例1为一处于第2次完全缓解期的25岁女性急性淋巴细胞白血病患者;病例2为一处于第2次完全缓解状态的16岁女性急性髓细胞白血病患者。均经中心静脉输入脂肪源间充质干细胞进行治疗,剂量为1.0×106/kg。结果2例接受脂肪源间充质干细胞治疗的患者病情很快得以缓解,且均无明显不良反应出现。提示应用脂肪源间充质干细胞治疗ABO血型不合造血干细胞移植后出现的顽固性单纯红细胞再生障碍性贫血有一定的疗效。
A retrospective analysis of two patients admitted to Henan Institute of Hematology from April 2004 to February 2006 who underwent allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation complicated with erythrocyte aplastic anemia was performed. Case 1 was a second complete remission Year-old female acute lymphoblastic leukemia; case 2 is a 16-year-old female with acute myeloid leukemia in the second complete remission. Adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells were injected via the central vein at a dose of 1.0 × 10 6 / kg. Results Two patients treated with adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells were relieved quickly and no obvious adverse reactions occurred. Prompt application of adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells for treatment of refractory simple red cell aplasia after ABO incompatible hematopoietic stem cell transplantation has a certain effect.
