一九八七年九月某日江西电厂大电炉厂房施工捣制27m跨预应力屋架构件中,突然下起暴雨近2个小时,后又断续下些小雨。有*品屋架着落的台模下土质下沉,造成下弦离端头1/3处下沉30mm,由于预留孔的管子下部下沉造成混凝土结构疏松,强度降低,而浇捣工作继续进行,在张拉四根32φ预应力筋时由于混凝土受压强度低而引起压碎构件破坏,主筋同时向下弯曲,如照片所
On September 27th, 1987, in the construction of the large electric furnace plant of Jiangxi Power Plant, a 27-meter-span prestressed-roof frame component was suddenly slammed into a rainstorm for nearly 2 hours, followed by intermittent light rain. There was a sinking of the soil beneath the table tops, which resulted in sinking of 30mm from the end of the head. As the lower part of the tube of the reserved hole caused the concrete structure to loosen and the strength decreased, the pouring work continued. When the four 32φ prestressed tendons are tensioned, the crushing members are destroyed due to the low compressive strength of the concrete, and the main tendons are bent downwards at the same time.
