在不同土壤水 分处理下对耐旱性 不同小麦品种 籽粒发育 和内源激 素含量的 研究表明, 灌浆前期 籽粒内 A B A 含量 先上升,在灌浆中 期达最大,之后下降。土 壤水分亏缺导 致在灌浆 前期籽粒 内 A B A 含量上升快、峰值出现早,灌浆后期下降 亦快,其变化趋势与 不同土壤水分处理 下籽粒灌浆速率 变化相一 致,粒重高的品种 A B A 含量亦高。籽粒内 i P As 含量表现为随土壤水分减少而降低。作者认为,在水分充 足条件下提高粒重 的主攻方向是促 进同化物向籽粒运 转,而在缺 水条件下 应以促进 胚乳细胞 分裂,扩大库容为主。
Studies on grain development and endogenous hormonal content of different wheat cultivars with different water treatments showed that the content of ABA in grains at the early grain filling stage increased first and reached the maximum at the middle filling stage and then decreased. The soil water deficit resulted in the rapid increase of A B A content in the grain during the early grain filling stage, the peak appeared earlier and the grain filling rate decreased rapidly at the later filling stage. The change tendency was consistent with the change of grain filling rate under different soil moisture treatments. The grain weight A B A content is also high. The intra-grain i P As content decreased with decreasing soil moisture. The author believes that under water sufficient conditions to improve grain weight of the main direction is to promote the assimilate to grain operation, and in the absence of water should promote the endosperm cell division, expansion of storage-based.
