我们遵照毛主席“把医疗卫生工作的重点放到农村去”的光辉指示,在下乡巡回医疗期间,为了减轻贫下中农的经济负担,克服药物不足的困难,对腹泻病人试用黄连素作天枢、足三里(双侧)穴位封闭(以下简称穴封)治疗,取得了满意的疗效。我们治疗腹泻患者共15例,男9例,女6例;年龄最大58岁,最小3个月,平均9岁。其中单纯性消化不良7例,急性菌痢5例,中毒性消化不良、急性肠胃炎、Ⅱ度营养不良合并消化不良各一例。腹泻距治疗时间最长9天,最短3小时,平均2.2天。
