我厂生产的焊接产品中,手工电弧焊占很大一部分,因此由于飞溅使工件表面(焊缝附近)很脏且影响涂漆。我厂曾较长时期采用喷砂方法清除飞溅;但这一办法既浪费工时又不能彻底清除。如众所知,手工电弧焊之飞溅是不可避免的,在当前条件下,即使在焊条的制造上下工夫和采用适当的焊接规范,亦只能起飞溅金属减少之作用,仍不能消灭。所以探讨适宜的方法使飞溅金属易于清除,减少喷砂这一工序,以节省人力、节约
