我国许多地方有较长的寒冷季节,由于受工期制约,许多工程的冬季施工是不可避免的。本文讨论了冬季施工的主要技术质量控制和冬季施工中建筑工程常见质量通病和预防措施,并就施工质量的管理进行了一定的研究。除了根据制定的进度计划安排好施工任务及现场准备工作,还需要在施工过程中准备一些冬季特定的防护措施,如搅拌机棚的保温、工程的门窗洞口封闭及保温。笔者以积累的经验论述了如何保证和提高冬期施工的工程质量问题。
In many parts of our country, there are long cold seasons. Due to the construction period constraints, the winter construction of many projects is inevitable. This article discusses the main technical quality control in winter construction and the common quality common problems and preventive measures in construction in winter, and makes some research on the construction quality management. In addition to arranging construction tasks and on-site preparation according to the planned schedule, some winter-specific protective measures, such as the insulation of the blender shed, the closing and insulation of the project’s door and window openings, are also required during the construction. The author has accumulated experience on how to ensure and improve winter construction quality of the project.
