为了研制适合高炉内衬用的Al_2O_3-Si O2湿法喷注料,以矾土为骨料,棕刚玉、硅灰、α-Al_2O_3微粉为细粉,CA70水泥为结合剂制备了Al_2O_3-Si O2浇注料,主要研究了加入α-Al_2O_3微粉、硅灰、水泥、外加剂对其流动性以及经不同温度(分别为110、1 000和1 400℃)处理后常温强度和1 400℃烧后线变化率的影响。结果表明:α-Al_2O_3微粉加入量8%(w)、硅灰加入量5%(w)和水泥加入量7%(w),是配制高炉内衬Al_2O_3-Si O2湿法喷注料的合适加入量;材料泵送性及凝结速度的调整控制是喷射成功的关键,高效减水剂、缓凝剂和速凝剂是调整施工性能的主要外加剂。
