根据试验室中出现的满足欧Ⅵ排放标准的超低排放车辆测量准确性问题,选用了一批超低浓度的标准气,对比研究了超低排放车辆3种低浓度常规污染物在常用标准气和超低浓度标准气下试验的差异。结果表明,国产1×10-6级别浓度标准气能在排放试验室中有效、稳定地使用,且低量程测量能够突显出测试结果的细微差别,可在超低排放车辆的研发过程中提供更准确的数据。
According to the accuracy of the ultra-low emission vehicles meeting the Euro VI emission standard appearing in the laboratory, a series of ultra-low concentration standard gases were selected to study the effects of the three kinds of low-concentration conventional pollutants of ultra-low emission vehicles on common standard gas And ultra-low concentrations of standard gas test differences. The results show that the standard concentration of 1 × 10-6 domestic standard gas can be used effectively and stably in the emission test chamber and the low range measurement can highlight the nuances of the test results and provide more advantages in the research and development of ultra-low emission vehicles accurate data.
