1月14日,国家减灾委员会(以下简称“减灾委”)专家委员会第一次会议在民政部举行。国务院副总理、减灾委主任回良玉,减灾委副主任、民政部部长李学举,减灾委副主任、民政部副部长贾治邦,减灾委副主任、国务院副秘书长张勇,减灾委副主任、国家发展改革委副主任李盛霖,减灾委副主任、科技部副部长李学勇、外交部部长助理吕国增,减灾委专家委员会(以下简称“专家委员会”)委员马宗晋院士、王昂生研究员、王希季院士、闪淳昌教授、史培军教授、卢耀如院士、刘先林院士、孙九林院士、应松年教授、陈志凯院士、范维澄院士、周锡元院士、宫辉力教授、胡鞍钢教授,减灾委办公室主任王振耀和副主任邹铭参加了会议。会议选举马宗晋院士为专家委员会主任,王希季院士、闪淳昌教授、史培军教授和林毅夫教授为专家委员会副主任,专家委员会的各位专家发表了对减灾工作的意见和建议。

Deputy Director of the State Council, Director of Disaster Reduction Committee Hui-yuh Hui, Deputy Director of Disaster Reduction Committee, Minister of Civil Affairs Li Xueju, Deputy Director of Disaster Reduction Commission, Vice Minister of Civil Affairs Jia Zhibang, Deputy Director of Disaster Reduction Committee, Zhang Yong, Deputy Secretary General of the State Council, Deputy Director of Disaster Reduction Committee, Deputy Director of Development and Reform Commission Li Xueyong, Deputy Director of Disaster Reduction Committee, Vice Minister of Science and Technology Li Xueyong, Assistant Foreign Minister Lu Guozeng, Member of Committee of Experts of Disaster Reduction Committee (hereinafter referred to as “Expert Committee”), Academician Ma Zongjin, Academician Wang Aisheng, Academician Wang Xiqi, Professor Shi Peijun, Academician Lu Yaotu, Academician Liu Xianlin, Academician Sun Jiulin, Professor Ying Songnian, Academician Chen Zhikai, Academician Fan Weicheng, Academician Zhou Xiyuan, Professor Gong Hui Li, Professor Hu Angang and Director of Disaster Reduction Office Wang Zouyao and Deputy Director Zou Ming attended the meeting. The meeting elected Academician Ma Zongjin as expert committee member, Academician Wang Xi Ji, Professor Shan Xi Chang, Professor Shi Peijun and Professor Lin Yifu as the vice chairmen of the expert committee. Experts from the expert committee issued opinions and suggestions on disaster reduction work.
