眼睑及其邻近的颜面皮肤裂伤是儿童眼科门诊最常见的急诊之一。过去对此类外伤.均采用清创缝合,自1991年9月以来.我们改用ZT快速医用粘合胶代替缝合,疗效满意。现报导如下。对象和方法对象:除伤口过深、污染较重、创缘严重不齐的患儿外。其它均采用胶粘术。30例中,男22例.女8例.年龄最小10个月。最大12岁,平均5岁。伤口长度0.5～5cm;深度一般较浅。仅2例较深约1.5cm.伤口呈线形、斜形、孤形、丫字型等。
Eyelid and its adjacent facial skin laceration is one of the most common emergency department in children’s eye clinic. In the past on such trauma are used debridement suture, since September 1991. We use ZT quick medical adhesive instead of suture, the effect is satisfactory. Now reported as follows. Subjects and methods of the object: In addition to the wound is too deep, heavy pollution, a serious edge missing children outside. Other are using adhesive surgery. 30 cases, 22 males and 8 females, the youngest 10 months. Up to 12 years old, average 5 years old. Wound length 0.5 ~ 5cm; depth is generally shallow. Only 2 cases were deeper about 1.5cm.The wound was linear, oblique, isolated shape, Y font and so on.
