为适应内部市场化管理要求,增加区队经济效益,调动工区广大干部职工积极投身回收复用旧料的行列,在制定综合单价中着重提高了旧材料的复用奖励力度,以达到降低煤炭生产成本,节约材料费用,堵塞材料浪费漏洞,改善井下文明生产面貌。本文就综合单价的编制、结算运行、经济社会效益及影响进行了探讨。
