每年七月下旬到八月上旬,是陕西防汛的关键时期。今年的“七下、八上”时期情况如何呢?带着这个问题,本刊记者到省防汛指挥部办公室采访。省防汛办常务副主任刘志玉回答了记者的提问。 雨情、水情、灾情,连着千万家 问:今年大汛期间,我省各地的降水情况如何? 答:今年从七月上旬开始进入降雨阶段。七月份以来,我省出现了5次大的汛雨过程。 7月 7日～10日,全省出现中到大雨降水过程,3个县区降雨超过100毫米;7月 12日～14日,陕北、渭北和商洛地区遭受了大风暴雨冰雹灾害;7月 26日～28日,8个县区降雨量在50～100毫米,3个县降雨量超100毫米,陇县降雨量高达129毫米,7月 31日～8月 1日,15个县降雨量50～100毫米,3个县降雨量超过100毫米;8月 2日～4日,4个县降雨量在50～100毫米,华县罗夫堡站降雨量高达157毫米。 由于五次降雨过程范围广、强度大,使各主要江河先后涨水,洛河支流葫芦河等10多条河流出现了超警戒流量和保证流量以上洪水。

From August 2 to August 4, the rainfall in the four counties was between 50 and 100 mm, and the rainfall in Huabu County Rift Valley Station reached 157 mm.
