科学的进行业绩评价是激励管理人员的创造力,并促进现代企业有效运转的重要环节。基于企业发展管理的需要,先后产生了以财务业绩评价模式为基础的传统模式和以价值模式和平衡模式为基础的战略模式。本文结合现代管理的特点分别就传统模式和新模式进行比较分析,并结合我国实际,粗谈企业在建立业绩评价系统时应考虑的因素。
Scientific performance appraisal is to stimulate the creativity of managers and promote the effective operation of modern enterprises an important part. Based on the needs of enterprise development and management, it has successively produced the traditional mode based on the financial performance evaluation mode and the strategic mode based on the value mode and the balanced mode. Based on the characteristics of modern management, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the traditional model and the new model respectively, and combined with the reality of our country, I talk about the factors that enterprises should consider when establishing the performance evaluation system.
