目的分析连云港市2013年疑似预防接种异常反应(AEFI)的报告发生特点,评价该地区AEFI监测系统运转情况,包括及时性、敏感性等和AEFI流行特征。方法通过中国疾病预防控制信息系统的AEFI信息管理系统收集2013年度连云港市AEFI个案数据,应用描述流行病学方法进行分析。结果 2013年连云港市共报告AEFI 1 381例,总报告发生率6.65/万剂,全市4县4区均有病例上报,上报县区数达到100%。所有报告的AEFI 48 h内报告及时率、调查率及个案填写完整率均为100%。所有不良反应中,一般反应占总报告例数的94.20%,以发热、红肿、硬结为主要临床表现。异常反应占总报告例数的5.72%,以过敏性皮疹为主要临床表现;男女性别比为1.52∶1。全年每月均有不良反应发生,无显著季节性差异;不良反应主要集中在接种疫苗1天内发生,1岁以内年龄组占71.61%。结论连云港市AEFI信息管理系统运转情况良好,敏感性和及时性都较高。1岁以内年龄组和接种后1天内为AEFI监测的重点人群和重点时间,连云港市2013年疫苗接种不良反应发生报告数较2012年有所上升但仍维持在一个较低水平。
Objective To analyze the characteristics of report of suspected AEFI in Lianyungang in 2013 and evaluate the operation status of AEFI monitoring system in this area, including timeliness, sensitivity and epidemiological characteristics of AEFI. Methods The data of AEFI cases in Lianyungang City in 2013 were collected through the AEFI information management system of China Disease Prevention and Control Information System. The epidemiological method was used to analyze the data. Results A total of 1 381 AEFI cases were reported in Lianyungang in 2013 with a total report rate of 6.65 per 10,000 doses. There were reported cases in 4 districts and 4 districts in the city, and the number of reported cases in the county reached 100%. All reports AEFI within 48 h report the timely rate, the survey rate and case complete rate was 100%. All adverse reactions, the general response to the total number of cases reported 94.20%, with fever, redness, induration as the main clinical manifestations. Abnormal reaction accounted for 5.72% of the total number of reports, the main clinical manifestations of allergic rashes; male to female ratio was 1.52: 1. Adverse reactions occurred every month throughout the year, with no significant seasonal differences. Adverse reactions mainly occurred within 1 day of vaccination, and 71.61% of patients within 1 year of age. Conclusion The AEFI information management system in Lianyungang is in good condition with high sensitivity and timeliness. Within 1 year of age group and within 1 day after inoculation, the AEFI monitoring key population and key time, Lianyungang 2013 incidence of vaccination adverse reactions increased compared with 2012 but remained at a low level.
