粤港两地的语文教师培训存在较大差异,各自呈现出不同的特点。比较研究粤港两地语文教师培训的方法,能有效地促进两地教师培训方法的交流与革新。借鉴广东语文教师培训的经验,可以拓展香港语文教师培训的深度、力度与广度;引进香港语文教师培训的经验,则能丰富大陆语文教师培训的方法,提高语文教师培训的效能。
There is a big difference in the training of language teachers between Guangdong and Hong Kong, each presenting different characteristics. A comparative study of language teacher training methods in Guangdong and Hong Kong can effectively promote exchanges and innovations in teacher training methods between the two places. Drawing on the experience of Guangdong language teacher training, we can expand the depth, intensity and breadth of language teacher training in Hong Kong. The introduction of experience in language teacher training in Hong Kong can enrich the training of Chinese language teachers in Mainland China and enhance the effectiveness of language teacher training.
