在本文中,作者通过对传统的自然时效和热时效方法的分析,从理论上探讨了振动时效方法在冶金工业用铸铁轧辊上应用的可行性,这一设想被实际生产试验证明是成功的,成果具有相当的经济社会效益。
In this paper, through the analysis of the traditional methods of natural aging and thermal aging, the author discusses the feasibility of the application of the vibration-aging method in the cast iron roll for the metallurgical industry theoretically, which is proved to be successful by actual production tests. The results have considerable economic and social benefits.
