高职院校要适应社会发展的需要而加大建设力度,就要在一定程度上依赖于政府拨款。在市场经济条件下,高职院校要适应市场,就要对于内部管理体制进行改革,特别要重视财政拨款模式的调整和完善。本文阐述了高职院校现有拨款模式运作上存在的问题,并对于创新拨款模式进行探讨。
Higher vocational colleges to adapt to the needs of social development and increase construction efforts, it is necessary to rely to some extent on the government funding. In a market economy, vocational colleges should adapt to the market, it is necessary to reform the internal management system, with particular emphasis on the financial allocation of the adjustment and improvement. This article elaborates the existing problems in the operation of the existing appropriation models in higher vocational colleges and discusses the innovative appropriation models.
