一种可用于内窥镜检查、解除由此引起平滑肌痉挛的有效药物——“解痉灵”的科研成果鉴定会,已于6月18日由中国医学科学院药物研究所主持在京召开。解痉灵(N-正丁基东莨菪碱溴胺盐)为国外已知药。中国医学科学院药物研究所于1973年进行了人工合成。通过用解痉灵对抗震颤素及槟榔碱引起的震颤作用以及对离体大鼠平滑肌的解痉作用、对小鼠的扩瞳与抑制唾液分泌作用的观察,证实该药的中枢作用较弱,外周作用中抑制唾液分泌及扩瞳作用较阿托品约弱9~10倍,对肠道平滑肌向肌性解痉作用较阿托品相对为强。小鼠的急性毒性以LD_(50)表示,静脉、腹腔及皮下注射与日本同类产品“buscopan”比较无任何差异。

The acute toxicity of mice to LD_ (50) said that intravenous, intraperitoneal and subcutaneous injection with similar products in Japan “buscopan ” without any difference.
