干部考核,是全面准确地识别干部,做到知人善任,用准用好干部的关键环节。当前,在干部考核工作中,由于种种现实原因,要真正做到对干部客观、公正、民主、全面、准确的评价,绝非易事。必须加强对干部考核工作特点和规律的探究,着力解决干部考核工作中存在的问题,切实提高干部考核效能,最终实现选贤任能,保证干部队伍健康发展。
Cadre assessment is a comprehensive and accurate identification of cadres, good people do know, with key cadres and prospective. At present, due to various realistic reasons, it is by no means easy for cadres to appraise objectively, impartially, democratically and comprehensively and accurately in cadre assessment work. We must strengthen the exploration of the characteristics and laws of the cadre examination work, strive to solve the problems existing in the cadre examination work, earnestly improve the performance of the cadre examination, and ultimately achieve the goal of selecting and serving talents and ensuring the sound development of the cadre ranks.
