本研究采用的银参饮,是由具有抗辐射作用的银耳粗提物复合刺五加等药物配制而成。狗受γ线照射前预防性服用银参饮,以单纯银耳粗提物和胱胺作对比试验。结果提示,银参饮、单纯银耳粗提物和胱胺对染色体均无明显的损伤效应,但对γ线辐射损伤外周血染色体却有良好的防护作用,其中以高剂量银参饮的防护效果最好。
Yin Shizhen used in this study is made of a compound of Acanthopanax senticosus crude extract with anti-radiation effects. Pretreatment of dogs with γ-ray irradiation before taking Yin Shen drink, with pure white fungus crude extract and cystamine as a comparative test. The results suggest that silver ginseng drink, pure white fungus crude extract and cystamine have no obvious damage effect on chromosome, but have good protective effect on peripheral blood chromosomal damage caused by γ-ray radiation, among which the protective effect of high dose silver ginseng drink the best.
