针对高速公路客服呼叫和紧急救援时所面临的路网用户定位模糊问题,建立了以道路使用者移动呼叫为主的高速公路网呼救系统模型和紧急工作流程,设计了一种包含道路、桩号和方向3大要素的路网精细化语音数字编码(VDC)方案和规则,并使用传输校验位对编码的传输错误和省界处的错误呼叫进行自动校验,方便了道路使用者对自己所处位置的精确描述。研究结果表明:精细化的VDC编码设计方案具有较高的检错性能,检出率值非常接近95%,该方案使得道路管理人员能够尽快获取精确的呼救定位,从而指引管理部门快速反应,提高应急救援系统的响应实效。
In order to solve the problem of ambiguous positioning of road network users in the call and emergency rescue of expressways, a model and emergency work flow of the highway network for emergency call with the help of road users are established.
