太极拳自诞生之日起发展至今,已普及到世界各个角落,成为人们喜爱的体育活动之一,作为强身防病和治病的方法在民间广为流传。运用文献资料法、观察法和体验法进行研究,结果表明太极拳对各个年龄段的人的身心健康都有非常好的作用。太极拳与人体身心健康的关系密不可分,经常习练太极拳会对人的身心健康会产生很多有益的影响。
Since its birth, Taijiquan has been widely used in all corners of the world and has become one of the most popular sports activities. It is widely circulated among the people as a preventive measure against diseases and diseases. The use of literature, observation and experience of research, the results show that Tai Chi on people of all ages have a very good role in physical and mental health. The relationship between tai chi and the body’s physical and mental health are inseparable. Regular practice of tai chi will have many beneficial effects on people’s physical and mental health.
