进入21世纪,随着经济的发展,建筑业成为发展最快的行业,随着新建建筑的不断增多,建筑施工安全隐患成为阻碍建筑业发展的主要原因。建筑施工安全关系到人民的人身安全和社会的财产安全,所以建筑施工安全不容忽视。安全生产是一个庞大的的工程,需要各个部门之间的相互配合,只有紧密的配合才能保证施工安全。而监管部门是主要的责任部门,我国的监管行业相对于发达国家还存在一些不足,所以建立安全有效的监管制度是非常重要的举措。本文根据建筑工程概念以及管理的概念、我国建筑施工管理存在的问题以及存在问题的解决办法进行分析。
In the 21st century, with the economic development, the construction industry has become the fastest growing industry. With the continuous increase of new buildings, the hidden dangers of construction safety have become the main reasons that hinder the development of the construction industry. Construction safety concerns the people’s personal safety and social property safety, so construction safety can not be ignored. Safety production is a huge project that requires the cooperation of various departments, and only in close cooperation can construction safety be guaranteed. Regulatory authorities are the main responsibility departments. There are still some deficiencies in China’s supervisory industry relative to the developed countries. Therefore, establishing a safe and effective regulatory system is a very important measure. This article analyzes the existing problems of construction management and the solutions of existing problems according to the concept of construction engineering and the concept of management.
