Born in 1934 in Shanghai. After graduating from the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 1955, he was admitted to the hospital as a senior professor. One of the two Chinese oil painting professors who first systematically studied Western European traditional and modern painting technique materials in Paris in 1984 returned to China after studying painting materials, which is a pioneer in the study of western painting materials in China. The “Bronze Inspiration” series was selected for the 24th edition of the UNESCO International Festival of Arts in Cnessee, France. Over the years, his works have been exhibited in solo exhibitions and exhibitions in China, Beijing Municipality and the Central Academy of Fine Arts, as well as overseas exhibitions in France, the United States, Canada, Russia, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, etc.
