为了实现余热淬火线与整体产销和新轨梁L2.5系统间的信息集成,解决余热淬火线的信息孤岛问题,提出建立轨梁100 m余热淬火过程控制系统。通过对数据库技术、插件技术、多线程技术和OPC技术的综合应用,成功建立余热淬火过程控制系统。该过程控制系统的建立,不仅实现了余热淬火与整体产销和新轨梁L2.5信息的无缝集成,生产数据的实时共享,生产过程的在线监视,而且对于提升轨梁厂的信息化水平具有重要作用。
