In the beautiful and rich coast of the Bohai Sea, Zhong Ling Yuxiu Xun Stone Hill, there is a famous, outstanding performance of the 100-year elite - Changli No. 1 Middle School in Hebei. The school has a long history and profound cultural background. It was formerly known as Shenyang Huiyuan College by the Qing Government in 1849 and the private Huiwen Middle School organized by the Church of the United States in 1910. Xianyang Academy is the beginning of modern education in Changli County, Huiwen Middle School is the product of modern Western education. The two schools have a long tradition of patriotism, much attention by the Chinese revolutionary pioneer Li Dazhao. During the May 4th Movement, following the September 18 Incident and the July 7 Incident, both teachers and students showed great patriotic enthusiasm in different ways.
