国有企业改制后,新型劳动关系的建立,内部人力资源体系的建立应当是企业发展的关键。虽然资产清晰了,工商重新登记变更,但新型劳动关系的建立应有分有寸,原企业劳动者的历史贡献价值是不容分割的。只有在历史淡化中寻求建立适合本企业的人力资源管理定制模式,才是大势所趋。所谓定制模式就是按本企业历史发展过程、改制手法、文化特性、品牌积累贡献,未来目标等建立适合自己的人力资源管理模式。
