旅游网络营销是伴随第三次科技革命成果普及而出现的一种新型营销模式。旅游网络营销的出现为旅游业的发展开辟了新的平台。而旅游网络营销的绩效评估则成为了营销平台发展过程中不可缺少的一个环节。但是,目前我国网络旅游营销绩效评估过程中存在评估标准杂乱、考核评估者素质不适应等问题,本文结合目前绩效评估的相关理论,就存在的问题进行分析并提出针对性的解决对策。
Tourism network marketing is a new type of marketing mode accompanying the popularization of the achievements of the third scientific and technological revolution. The emergence of tourism network marketing has opened up a new platform for the development of tourism. However, the performance evaluation of travel network marketing has become an indispensable link in the development of marketing platform. However, at present, there are some problems such as the messy evaluation standards and the incommensurability of evaluation assessors in the process of network travel marketing performance evaluation in our country. Based on the related theories of performance evaluation, this paper analyzes the existing problems and puts forward some countermeasures.
