                                新建200 km/h客货共线铁路的建设,规定机车牵引的客车时速均达160 km以上,货运机车相应配套的速度目标值为120 km/h。随着长交路、单司机乘务制度的推行,铁路机车运用、检修以及管理体制的改革与创新,机车的可靠性提高,机务信息化的建设及机务生产力布局适时的调整都对机务设备设计提出了新的要求,为顺应新形式下机务设备设计的需要制定了新建200 km/h客货共线铁路暂行规定,介绍其中机务篇的相关内容。
The construction of a new 200 km / h passenger and freight cross-border railway stipulates that the speed of passenger cars towed by locomotives should reach 160 km / h and that of cargo wagons be 120 km / h. With the long-distance transportation, the implementation of single driver’s service system, the reform and innovation of railway locomotive operation, overhaul and management system, the reliability of locomotives, the construction of locomotive information system and the timely adjustment of locomotive productivity layout all put forward the design of locomotive equipment A new requirement was formulated and an interim regulation on the construction of 200 km / h passenger and freight cross-border railway was formulated to meet the needs of the design of maintenance equipment under new forms. The relevant contents of the maintenance and repair articles were introduced.
