目的 :改进复方薄荷脑滴鼻液中樟脑的鉴别方法。方法 :升华法。结果 :用升华法可完全消除液状石蜡对樟脑测定的干扰 ,在 2 89nm处有最大吸收。结论 :改进方法简便、快速、准确、重现性好。
Objective: To improve the identification of camphor in compound menthol nasal drops. Method: sublimation method. Results: Sublimation method can completely eliminate the liquid paraffin determination of the interference of camphor, maximum absorption at 2 89nm. Conclusion: The improvement method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible.
