[ 目的] 探讨化学刺激室旁核对心血管活动的影响及其机理.[ 方法] 动物为威斯达系雄性大鼠,用乌拉坦和氯醛糖混合麻醉,向室旁核微量注射L谷氨酸后观察了血压、心率和肾交感神经放电活动的变化,并观察了用红藻氨酸损毁蓝斑对刺激室旁核效应的影响.[ 结果] 室旁核内微量注射L谷氨酸后血压下降(2 .45 ±0 .31)kPa,心率减慢(30 ±5) 次/ 分,肾交感神经活动减弱(38 .75±4.41) % .损毁蓝斑后血压下降由损毁前的(2 .6 ±0 .3)kPa 下降至(0 .9 ±0 .2)kPa,心率减慢由损毁前的(22 ±2) 次/ 分减慢至(13 ±4) 次/ 分.[ 结论] 室旁核内微量注射L谷氨酸引起血压下降、心率减慢和肾交感神经活动减弱;损毁蓝斑后兴奋室旁核的效应明显减弱.
[Objective] To investigate the effect of chemical stimulation of paraventricular nucleus on cardiovascular activity and its mechanism. [Methods] The animals were Wistar male rats, anesthetized with urethane and chloralose, observed the changes of blood pressure, heart rate and renal sympathetic nerve activity after microinjection of L-glutamic acid into paraventricular nucleus The effect of kainic acid-lesioned plaques on paraventricular nucleus stimulation was observed. [Results] The blood pressure decreased (2.45 ± 0.31) kPa, heart rate decreased (30 ± 5) beats / min, renal sympathetic nerve activity decreased (38.75 ± 4.41)%. The blood pressure decreased from (2.6 ± 0.3) kPa to (0.9 ± 0.2) kPa before injury and slowed down from (22 ± 2) beats / minute before rupture To (13 ± 4) beats / min. [Conclusion] Microinjection of L-glutamic acid into the paraventricular nucleus leads to the decrease of blood pressure, slowing of the heart rate and the decrease of the renal sympathetic nerve activity. The effect of excitatory paraventricular nucleus is obviously weakened after the lesion is destroyed.
