[目的]研究植物生长调节剂对烤烟钾累积与循环的影响[方法]通过设置3种植物生长调节剂处理(NAA、GA和BR)的水培试验。[结果]植物生长调节剂BR对烤烟钾吸收和循环产生了一定的影响。在本试验条件下,BR不仅能提高烤烟对钾、钙、镁的吸收,还降低了根系钾素的外排量,提高了钾在体内的累积量,使烟株的钾含量增高,增强了钾素循环。NAA和GA3处理的钾含量相差不大,但BR在打顶后2、7、12d分别比NAA处理的韧皮部伤流液钾含量高出0.52%、0.30%、0.28%。[结论]打顶后BR处理可有效的提高烟草植株钾含量。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of plant growth regulators on the accumulation and cycling of potassium in flue-cured tobacco. [Method] Hydroponic experiments were conducted by setting up three kinds of plant growth regulators (NAA, GA and BR). [Result] Plant growth regulator BR had some effects on potassium absorption and circulation of flue-cured tobacco. Under the experimental conditions, BR can not only increase the absorption of potassium, calcium and magnesium in flue-cured tobacco, but also reduce the amount of potassium excreted in roots, increase the accumulation of potassium in the body and increase the potassium content of tobacco plants, Potassium cycling. The contents of potassium in NAA and GA3 treatments were similar, but BR content of 0.5%, 0.30% and 0.28% higher than that of NAA treated wounds at 2, 7 and 12 days after topping, respectively. [Conclusion] BR treatment after topping could effectively increase the potassium content of tobacco plants.
