随着园林事业的发展,外聘人员成为园林职工的一部分,但是外聘人员与在编人员往往不能同工同酬,如何解决这一矛盾,发挥编外职工的作用,成为现在的当务之急。本文对建立合理有效的外聘人员管理机制,确立外聘人员的能力、职业发展的规划、提高外聘人员的管理水平进行阐述。对不断完善适应市场经济要求的科学组织和管理制度,提高单位的整体素质与活力是十分重要的。
With the development of landscape undertaking, outsiders become part of garden workers, but outsiders and staffs often can not get equal pay for equal work. How to solve this contradiction and play the role of non-staff is a pressing task nowadays. This article elaborates the establishment of a reasonable and effective management mechanism of external personnel, the establishment of external personnel capacity, career development planning, improve the management level of external personnel. It is very important to constantly improve the scientific organization and management system that meets the requirements of the market economy and improve the overall quality and vitality of units.
