长期以来,一直认为瞳孔阻滞是白内障手术的并发症,导致虹膜周边前粘连和慢性闭角型青光眼。而白内障摘出联合虹膜切除术已使无晶体性瞳孔阻滞较少见。若瞳孔被完整的玻璃体表面阻滞,虹膜切除为房水提供了自后房通向前房的代替性通路。近年来,瞳孔阻滞似成为白内障手术合并人工晶体植入后较常见的并发症。本文报告17例人工晶体植入后发生瞳孔阻滞,年龄为40～86岁,15例作白内障囊内摘出,2例囊外摘出;16例植
For a long time, pupillary block has long been considered a complication of cataract surgery, leading to anterior iris adhesions and chronic angle-closure glaucoma. The cataract extraction combined with iridectomy has made aphakic pupillary block less common. If the pupil is blocked by a complete vitreous surface, iridectomy provides an alternative pathway for aqueous humor from the posterior chamber to the anterior chamber. In recent years, pupil blockage has become a more common complication after cataract surgery combined with intraocular lens implantation. This article reports 17 cases of intraocular lens implantation after pupil block, aged 40 to 86 years old, 15 cases of intracapsular cataract extraction, 2 cases of extracapsular removal; 16 cases of implantation
