中国实行政府采购以来,部分供应商针对政府采购的不足之处,做出一些不法的损害招标人利益的行为,本文通过对这些行为进行分析,提出解决的策略。
Since the implementation of government procurement in China, some of the suppliers have made some unscrupulous actions that harm the interests of the tenderee due to the shortcomings of government procurement. This article analyzes these behaviors and puts forward solutions to the problems.
