文章在分析企业文化和人力资源管理关系的基础上,提炼出企业文化和人力资源管理的一个共同点和双向作用:一个共同点,就是企业文化和人力资源管理都要“以人为本”;双向作用,一是企业文化对人力资源管理的引领作用,二是人力资源管理对企业文化的支撑作用。据此,文章构建了企业文化和人力资源管理的双向促进模式,模式中突出了两个作用、两个共同点和两个环境。解析了双向促进模式的工作流程,其五个步骤分别是:企业的内外部环境分析、企业文化核心特质定位、人力资源管理制度确定、人力资源管理效果评价、评价效果反馈和各要素调整。
Based on the analysis of the relationship between corporate culture and human resource management, the article extracts one common point and two-way effect of corporate culture and human resource management: one thing in common is that both corporate culture and human resources management should be “people-oriented”; two-way First, the leading role of corporate culture on human resources management, and second, the supporting role of human resources management on corporate culture. Accordingly, the article builds a two-way promotion model of corporate culture and human resource management, highlighting two roles, two commonalities and two environments in the model. The workflow of bidirectional promotion mode is analyzed. The five steps are: internal and external environment analysis of enterprise, positioning of core characteristics of enterprise culture, determination of human resource management system, evaluation of human resources management effectiveness, feedback of evaluation results and adjustment of various factors.
