复杂产品开发的艺术体现在各个不同领域专家知识的综合。开发项目的确切过程是不能预见的，这种不可预见性只能依靠开发人员的灵活性和创造性加以克服。因此，产品开发管理的任务是协调各部件开发任务与总产品间的关系。以一台新型机器人的开发任务为实例，介绍了如何在产品关系的基础上分解产品开发过程。
The art of complex product development embodies the synthesis of expert knowledge in various fields. The exact process of developing a project can not be foreseen, and such unpredictability can only be overcome by the flexibility and creativity of the developer. Therefore, the task of product development and management is to coordinate the relationship between the development tasks of each component and the total product. Taking the task of developing a new type of robot as an example, we introduce how to decompose the product development process based on the product relationship.
