患者,男,48岁。于14年前无任何诱因突感下肢麻木、无力,偶有间歇跛行,足趾活动欠灵活。随后感上肢麻木、握力稍差,偶有握物失落现象。经多方诊治印象为“右侧肢体动脉硬化性脉管炎”,经中、西医治疗均无明显疗效。近一年来病情较前加重,间歇跛行,偶不能支持平稳,于3个月前住我院。查体:神清合作、语言清楚欠流利。左侧视神经乳头轻度水肿、生理凹陷变浅,A:V=2:3。右鼻唇沟稍 Patient, male, 48 years old. 14 years ago without any incentive to sudden lower extremity numbness, weakness, occasional intermittent claudication, toe activity is not flexible.
